Niles & OneShotWren go a really far distance compared to all the rest in actual development. It's so hard to decide. Niles is the MAIN villain for his "arc/story". Wren is 1/3rds of his story as SMG4 & puzzlevision share it. Niles was such a good character too. GLITCH/SMG4 made him just to kill him off 7 or so episodes later? a full model Wren is just a character with bonemerge splatoon items added onto him. I'd have to say Niles

(This might be long, so just go to the end if you dont want to read it all) It could be argued that Mr. Puzzles is pure evil, influenced, and *MAYBE* broken (at least now that the movie revealed his backstory). Broken since he said that no one wanted to be friends with him as a kid, leading him to find comfort in television, and becoming obsessed with it because it was pretty much a coping mechanism for him being alone. Influenced by his desires and dreams that he himself in Creative Control said he'll do whatever it takes to accomplish them. And pure evil just because he's batshit crazy and doesn't care that he traumatized Meggy for life. You could say he tricked SMG4, but it was sort of on both sides. And sending the fax to Marty, causing Mario to turn against his friends. All for his own gain in his illusion of a perfect TV show. Tldr: broken by his loneliness and obsession with his coping mechanism, influenced by his desire to complete his dreams to perfection, and pure evil for traumatizing and manipulating the SMG4 crew for his own gain and not caring.

And now he currently traps the Glitchy Gang and brainwashes them into playing his shows. *Francis:* Kidnaps Inklings and Octolings to harvest their inks and build an island full of his favorite anime characters. *Laywer Kong:* Nintendo's top enforcer of the lawsuit that endangers SMG4's channel and his friends. Though he seems to enjoy his job a little too much. *SMG3:* While starting out as simply SMG4's evil twin in the Classic Era, in the Modern Era, he was intended to turn over a new leaf by starting his own KZbin channel, but SMG4 ends up destroying his studio because he was too suspicious of 3. SMG3 then chooses to become evil because his rival expects him to, and deletes the Glitchy Gang from existence so that 3 could take over 4's channel and replace them with 3's own.
