I bawled like a baby the first time I heard this even though I couldn't understand a word. I had the original song at my wedding in 1980 and never thought that I'd hear anyone do it better than John Denver. Ville proved me wrong! Is there anything he can't do?

To me these lyrics are quite deep, and it's great to see Ville has found a way to translate these feelings into english, even though these songs are quite different.

Ville missed his dog Sami for years. That resonates with me as we rescued and could not have kids, and although allergic.asthmatic he really misses his dog and they rip out your heart. You do everything for them and they go averagely 12-16 depending on size and breed..and then you do it all over again because you give your life to rescue right? he said recently of 'loveletting' with the black sheep that didn't affect his allergies..and in certain circumstances allergies and asthma can leave. x
