Hi, I have a monitor I dc-70ii 4k downloaded the firmware dc-90 from the site incorrectly installed on the monitor and it didn't turn on anymore Please help me.

hamid nemati try and short circuit it by turning the power on and off quickly 5 times and then remove the batteries. Hit power on. Wait 5 seconds then turn off. Put battery in and turn on. Should be fixed

hey there I got this the other day, I am having problems when recording video. every time I hit record on my Panasonic Luminx FZ330 I get this message on the monitor Now Recording Video and black screen. As soon as I stop record the picture returns on the monitor! the main reason I bought this item was to monitor the footage I recorded. really frustrating can you make any suggestions what I should do?

Daniel Smith try updating your camera's firmware. Also you may need to try a different cable. Also check your cameras HDMI out settings. I had to do that a few times and click "display Everything". Also there's a built in menu on this monitor that may need it's settings adjusted

Hey, I bought mine few weeks ago and i cant seem to figure out why it wont work with my Nikon D750. It will only play back whats in the camera.

Check your camera settings. Makesure HDMI input/output is set to ON. If youre in the PAL regions change the Viltrox Input to 50khrz and also make sure the HDMI cable is in the correct port. On the viltrox there is an INPUT and OUTPUT port on the back, make sure youre using the correct port

Alright the batteries still work but do not leave them in the monitor, even if it's off it still drains them. They take 2-4 hours to charge. Screen still works

i ordered a week ago from your link and now they're here monitor + battery. it looks very nice though. the very first con that i have with it within 2 hours that is menu button. it is pain in the butt to change any thing on it. but other than that. its super cool - thankx

Can be used for both. The monitor has no camera, you have to hook it to your camera
