Warcraft 3 Reforged | Pimp my Peon

Warcraft III Reforged custom maps are finally released by Blizzard. Playing a Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne custom map called Pimp my Peon. In this map, you have to control an army of units, in this case we had peons because we choose the orc race and you have to destroy your opponent's bases. You can do so by upgrading your army.

Vimp i love your content though when it comes to playing pimp my peon, you should always go for the wings and also when upgrading wih the f1 key, you should max the attack speed and movement speed first before going for the the additonal attacj and defense, thats why you were losing even if you had higher stats (since he had higher attack speed, he had more chances to trigger all the abilities too :>) P.s. you can easily see which has faster attack speed since all upgrades of attack speed include movement speed too, the faster the units move, the faster they attack

Armor basicly multiplie your health, so if you have just a lot of armor is not working well. You must find the balance between them.

The blue dude had a LOT more attack speed = a LOT more pulverize procs. Try more attack speed yourself, crit will proc more often too

Also he goes for pulverize so choke points are not your friend, because 1 unit can hit almost all of yours

and you were winning despite the inefficient stat gains with your spending, because he was upgrading his wave count to end it. so he fed you more to keep up. if you kept the stats page open you would have seen the k.d ratio growing in your favor. and armor does help against basic attacks, but only as far to increase your effective hp pool. it better to drop it and reflect too. and just go for dodge first.

So basically level up dodge early with pulv then go for reflect later might seem like a good idea. It seems like this version is quite linear there isnt too much room for "outplay" just need to know optimal upgrading pattern

Pulv, evasion, hp and wings. Think it was pretty good last I tried. Not amazing at killing buildings but one peon who gets a pulv proc can take out a hole grp of enemies

You're the one who said at the first time you play this game; the reason why orcs are broken is because has a skill of cleave. All you have to do is, add some dmg, more hp, atk spd and move spd. On secord recording, you said, i just spam food and spawn, and go out there in any side, separately and let them fight while i got more resource to upgrade. Why you didn't learn those? 😅😅

Dont spend gold on normal skills like crit or evaid, they only work on current peons, not new ones that spawn

"How" he asks as blue's units move and attack at 2x his speed and getting more pulverize procs. Also should never go evasion AND spikes as they have anti-synergy. You're not returning damage if the enemy attacks are missing.

You are investing way too much into spawn rate, you are capped out 80% of the time, it makes no sense to pump so much gold into it.

For the first 10 mins of the game, same philosophy as your troll vs elves games, you work on the basic stats; dmg, health, attack speed and armor. Then after that, when those upgrades become more expensive, you start investing in the passive abilities with an even spread, with the exception of pulverize, it's just too expensive and lategame it does almost nothing for you, and poison, the effect is too weak and lasts too long to realisticly be effective in the fast pased combat that the game is catered towards. In this midgame you also start working on your food capacity, and MAYBE 1 or even 2 levels of respawn rate, it can be a neccesary evil, but you want to avoid this. Another huge thing you need to correct is the upgrades you choose from your "pimp my peon" hero. I'm pretty sure you learned this by the end of the game, but the speed upgrade is by far the most cost effective, wings are expensive from the regular upgrades, so accounting for that by investing the level points into speed, while focusing on the other basic stats with your gold, is the way to go imo. There is a good argument for investing into regen in certain situations, I know you don't like regen, and neither do I, but I must admit that in cases where I have gotten a very strong start and I am literally farming an opponent, regen becomes a "win more" strategy, allowing you to farm a weak opponent with just a handful of peons. It also opens up microing your army which is fun, and effective. This game is all about losing (feeding) as few peons to your opponent as you can, while making kills on your opponent at the same time. You know this from troll vs elves, where you want to push the troll off your wall asap, it's the same deal. Good luck vimp and keep up the good work! Love your videos keep it up!
