After watching the replay of the game, Oreo and I learned that they went insane pushes early. Yellow overbuilt for 4 and with the hold and leaks from his team he pushed and caught up. I think they were 9/6 9/6 and 9/8 on level 6, where the most feedback and time spent earning crystal occurred. They went 0 feedback until level 6. On level 6, they went as much feedback as possible. I think green had 8 or 9 feedback since solo lane gets more gold. That's why his teammates were 500 inc and he was 600 on arena. We also investigated why they lost on 15 as we were quite surprised. None of them went heroes, or only green did. None of them surged, but also all three were level 20 cleave seras on 15, so technically they should have done well. Which they mostly did. However, being greedy and not spending 1000 crystals on a hero after amassing so much income lost them the game. Down the line, we don't know exactly what would have happened, as our dual was stacking wardens and specters + benefitting from servants gold. But even so, have a look at the end of the game. Yellow, the person with the lowest value on their team, was on par in value with the servant side. That is how broken this strategy is, as Vimp indicated many times throughout the video. Fait play to the Taiwanese players, they do come up with funky stuff and usually play risky, high income strats.

Yep that's actually a plausible explanation for income disparity. If we'd ever like to mimic this strat in the future heavy push early + doubling down on feedback only on one round might be the angle. Somehow it felt like they could have won if the game went late game. I think that's simply due to our missplay early with leaks & not stacking on dual. Hat off to these guys for disrupting the meta it's refreshing 😉

I think the best way to counter this feedback strat is by pushing crystals as far as you can until 9/7 or 9/8 instead of absorb. You can make so much more than you can get from a level 3-6 absorb in 5mins. But in your case, it's a tough decision since you were also sending. But if you guys push, you still can get passive crystals to spend and get higher income. I hope this helps.

@@RexorcistYT that's actually a fun theory that should be tested. Wonder if you'd benefit more from higher push or higher absorb. I think honestly it depends .. imo most likely absorb since it's less costly I think and you get crazy returns for the few rounds in question. Or maybe just balance of both which we did this game
