@boykidstylez this step is most commonly known as Indian step, however with all street dancing different area often call the same moves different things. Even different generations. For example what has been known as the colt 45 since the 70s I now known as the drop by turf dancers

I could be wrong but I always thought the “Indian step” in bboying was inspired by a Native American dance style called “Men’s Fancy dance (aka fancy feather, and fancy war dance) So I definitely understand the mix up because the American society calls us “Indians.”

Sorry to just be replying to your comment right now. Here's why I was happy to find your vids: I am fifty years old! I used to break dance 33 years ago, when it was still pretty localized. Obviously I can't do that anymore, but I thought I'd try some toprock stuff, and you got me going on that, even though I was learning with a broken foot. So bravo, kid.
