How long do you have to walk to the beach, do you have for the walk the front door or is there a special path form the hotel toBahia del Duque beach?

Mell Tell, there is no special path, its a nice walk down but would take about 15/20 mins and unless you are feeling really fit, we would recommend a taxi back. Hope that helps.

Hi. We have this hotel booked. Normally stay in gran canaria in the lopesan meloneras so would love a similar feel! When leaving the hotel to walk to the seafront do you need to walk out through the front reception or is thier a side gate that can be used as a short cut?

No short cut, unfortunately, lovely walk down, taxi back, would be our recommendation.

There is most definitely a short cut. Not easy to find, and the gate closes around 7:30pm. Just below the sunset bar down by the lower pool.
