Gonna cry and try to defend these facts snowflakes? I’ll wait🍿😘😉🤣😎. This is why AEW is beating WWE cause they know how to push new younger talent, doesn’t have the same matches every week and does long term booking. WWE doesn’t do long term booking, doesn’t push newer stars, does the same matches pretty much every week, relies part timers, pipes in fake crowd noises on tv and makes soo much money which causes them to go into lazy mode not caring about pushing younger talent and building up the future. Why do you think most of them left WWE and most of them are in AEW now lmao! Cause Tony knows how to build for the future while Vince still relies on the past but again, I’ll wait to see what y’all’s next excuse will be to these facts. Please continue🍿😘😉🤣😎.

Thank you Pat for this wonderful interview. This interview was absolutely phenomenal. Learned so many things from Vince about leadership, business taking care of oneself. My favorite insights from the interview- -Don't believe in ceilings, milestones, or pats on the back, it hinders you from achieving more in your life. Never settle down. -Be surrounded by smart people and listen to them. - Stay out of all the praises. Pats on the back screw your mind. -Change negative into positive by turning into the double negative. This was so fuckin cool advice. -Don't bother much about people thinking of you as an ass hole. Don't waste time correcting your image. Only care about what the General public thinks of you. -Separate yourself, Be what you want to be, make your own brand. -Build a great team and listen to them. -Enjoy confrontation. -Be everything you could be. -On taking tough decisions- always think about what's best for business. -Don't fear death threats- that's why he is Vince Mc Mahon. -Workout, eat the right things- it's much good for your head than the body. -Don't regret bad decisions, always learn from them. -Stay wide open to be more creative. -Go stupendous. -Look constantly at both the Big picture as well as the little picture. - Always treat people nicely and respect them. -Business is best for everybody, whether you're part of it. Vince believes in treating family and other WWE executives alike. If something or someone is not working out, they shouldn't be part of the business. -If you're not growing, you're dying. -Give creative freedom to people, that way they are more engaged. -Very important lesson- When you're late, Don't apologize and give reasons for it, instead just say "Sorry, I'm late". This interview was in fact a wonderful business class. Thank you, Vince!!

Please continue🍿😘😉🤣😎🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Here’s some fun facts, AEW is sports entertainment, AEW is red line, AEW’s top stars were created in WWE and in a few years, you will be watching AEW on the WWE network :)

@@Cpk86 Daniel Bryan, moxley, Samoa Joe, Cody Rhodes where lame. They need to go. They where boring. Aew just copying wwe model. Copy cats. Having regular wrestler is more enjoyable since you get attached to the wrestlers. More wrestlers in wwe would be nice, but no low class talent like those in aew.

I haven't watched WWE since Batista HHH Orton AND Ric Flair were evolution..I also miss the attitude era so much. This interview with Vince was AMAZING I've never seen this side of him. This interview has made me a fan again. Looking forward to seeing you at WrestleMania! Congrats Pat and the boys you guys deserve everything you have. Keep being you.

THE MAN IS 76 years old… It really freaking makes me sad! Let’s forget everything he established as the owner and operator of the WWE/WWF, the man was even a legend when he was simply calling the matches as a commentary guy! ⭐️👉🏻 I absolutely loved the WWF as a kid in the 80s, and then we all know the attitude era came alive in the 90s, along with WCW/NWO, VINCE being an absolute savage and buying not only WCW, but also ECW! As a result of this, many dream matches were made that all of us fans who watched both shows dreamed of! The creator of wrestlemania, pay-per-view events, WWE net work for $10/unlimited content, paper views now more affordable etc. and let’s not forget all of the crazy matches he had in the ring with the champions! Let’s not take anything away from his offspring Shane, who also had some of the most historic moments in WWE history! Thinking of VINCE no longer being around, is awful! Thankful for all that he has given, and what a brilliant man.

Yeah and you know the funny thing is people could diss Vince McMahon and say he's not a good owner anymore first of all the guys still loves wrestling he's 75 years old and look at Tony he's not even his 40s yet and he still don't know how to run that piece of s*** wrestling on TBS so can't get over 1.3 million viewers I mean he's so rich he's a billionaire he's richer but like Eric Bishop said people need to stop making excuses for them the honeymoon is over he has more money than Vince McMahon a e w should be well over 1.3 million viewers

This is probably the most crucial piece of Professional Wrestling media ever produced. Considering the position of the WWE now mere months after this aired, as well as the fact this is probably the only podcast Vince has ever done outside of Stone Colds...Pat is next level and this shows the direction sports media should follow.

+16:30 when Pat gets all hyped up about Vince’s success is such a great hilarious moment of Pat being Pat and seeing Vince’s reaction just shows how much he loves Pat. Just gives him that “really?” Look but then realizes it’s Pat and you can just see “oh this kid is a special one”
