I’m really disappointed that you guys are “understanding” of a corporation dismissing an employee over accusations with ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF AND NO CHARGES! Don’t defend WWE doing that garbage to someone out of fear of cancel culture BS. No human being deserves that!!!

They did it to Vince - they’ll do it to anyone. As to defending the corporations - Russo didn’t. He objected to it. Dr Chris did… and honestly, he often shows the brain power and logic of an overripe squash. Hard to believe - and a bit scary - that he councils people. Psycologists are often not the brightest graduates - my degree is in cognitive science… from a top 40 world ranked university…the psych department was full of unimpressive minds.

@@datacipher Well, maybe I am remembering their comments wrong and don’t feel like listening to the vid again, but I could have sworn Russo said (paraphrasing) ‘yeah, I get it’ about why WWE would fire an employee who is not that high on the card, over accusations with no proof. I know that’s how corporate America moves in 2024, but that doesn’t mean that ANYBODY should be accepting of it. It’s disgusting and terribly damaging to the psychological wellbeing of a man (or woman) to be treated that way!

When I thought the same someone replied to me that we don’t know what WWE knows. Maybe they point blank asked him about it, or he could have admitted that it happened. I try to keep an open mind. I guess we can only wait and see

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? I hate this trial by social media nonsense. Being judged by people with no knowledge or facts. I genuinely hope that if Odyssey is cleared of all wrongdoing, that he drags everybody responsible for the allegations through the courts and cleans them out. This kind of thing is going to stain him for years, if not forever. And of course, if he is found guilty, then no sympathy.

There is no situation in regards to anything wrestling related where Vince on a pole Russo should be allowed to give his worthless opinions. Between Brawl for all, WCW and TNA he proved himself to be completely clueless regardless of what a success the attitude era became. In regards to Odyssey Jones nobody should have been fired until the allegations became charges. Even then firing was an overreaction unless he was proven guilty.

Odyssey Jones will most definitely be apart of the pending Hurt Syndicate faction in AEW, consisting of [1] MVP, [2] Bobby Lashley, [3] Shelton Benjamin, and possibly adding [4] Will "Powerhouse" Hobbs, [5] Scorpio Sky [6] Shane Taylor, and [7] Lee Moriarty. Odyssey Jones & Powerhouse Hobbs would absolutely dominate the AEW or ROH tag team division, and when Tony Khan offers Odyssey Jones a boatload of money to be signed, expect the WWE to pitch a fit. Odyssey Jones has options. Tony Khan's All Elite Wrestling, Ring of Honor or Court Bauer's Major League Wrestling.
