Wow, this so good. I am an assistant pastor/Youth Pastor and I'm 49 now. I would like to hand over the youth ministry to a younger pastor then I would love to start a men's ministry. I believe there is a need and I would love to help and guide these men of God. Amen. Lord willing

This is good stuff...And you as so right...stop talking AT them and stop talking DOWN to them. We have found some of our best times have been when people just showed up and shared life - honest open conversation about life. People walked away different after that!

The men group in my church wants me to be among them but I don't know their visions and commitment so am scared please what should I do?

Me as a man who recently found the truth and the grace of God, only wanted a place where I can talk with other men about the truth and discover it with them and maybe find an example of what it looks like to be a Godly man, but no the only places you can go is large events, worship and large woman occupied bible study groups, and went to those, great but I can not talk about the things men would see and value the word than what woman do, they too emotional and lots of fluff like you talking around the truth just not to let them feel bad. And I can not do that not do I find it hard to take a woman's advise seriously, for what does she know she is not a man. But yeah been now 5 months and still looking...

Hazlo cara a cara recluta a los que quieres ellos de todas formas necesitan involucrarse Para de tratar de reunir grupos grandes de hombres, mentoreales discipulales para que se conviertan el evangelistas y cambien su alrededor. Para de hablarles crea conversación entre ellos, ellos necesitan hablarse para que tenga comunidad, ponlos en trios parejas mensajes mas cortos tiempos de compartir
