​@@beecee2205 He said last season. Burnley had a phenomenal season in the championship. They broke several records and reached an astounding 101 points. If you don't think that's impressive you're blind. The whole point is, if kompany is given a team that is already strong, his tactics can make them stronger. His offensive, possession football was suitable for burnley when they were one of the best teams in the league, but obviously those tactics won't work in the premier league. Though it is true kompany was a bad manager in the sense that he couldn't adpat well to being one of the worst teams in the league from being one of the best, but it doesn't mean he will be bad at bayern. Kompany's style could be the thing bayern needs right. But of course there's a lot of deserved skepticism towards the move, but it's not as disastrous as it seems on the first glance.

A VERY careful choice of words. They didn't say Kompany was their first choice, they said he was their "preferred" choice. Tactically I don't see it, but as a man-manager, Kompany would be outstanding. Tuchal is an outstanding tactician, but a terrible man-manager. Maybe they felt the need to address that, and see Kompany as a possible solution.

😂To be honest, if you ask whether the relegation system helps profits and popularity, 99% of people would sayRather, the owner does not invest more in the team for fear of being relegated. There is a risk. And relegation is unfavorable as it hurts the club's value and popularity. Also, the teams that are going to be relegated anyway have no motivation and nointention of winning. Defeat on purpose (e.g. Sheffield) They gave up on the season and are being relegated.They say there is a relegation system, why is there FFP? If you don't spend money, your team will become weak and get demoted. Why can't you spend money? What's wrong with the owner's investment?

Look how Alonso disgraced Tuchel over two legs in the bundesliga this season.
