I’m sorry to say, I have lost total respect for the medical profession due to Covid and our “professional” response. Interesting your discussion on worms however, how can you talk about vaccines without discussing the elephant in the room? I play Squash with six guys, my age, we are all in our 70s. Three of them got boosted and two of them passed away within weeks of the booster and the third one is currently in hospice. Coincidence perhaps. But I have experienced so much and even in my family that I don’t even wanna get into. The fury that I feel is, scary!

Was informative. You still have that myopic view dr Bunsen would have, regarding the Jabby. I witnessed a massacre that you either didn't see or didn't want to see. But I can't unsee it. After one of my bosses died 2w after the booster, no one asked any questions. No one wanted to know if he got boosted. But he did, 2w before the death while he slept (was classic SADS, during sleep). We do not see what we don't want to see. If we took it, gave it to our fri3nds, family, patients, we have quite a burden to face. I do doubt that your ability to face that burden is not as strong as your textbook microbiology understanding.

@@mikevincent6332 I don’t know if ‘impair’ is the right word to characterize the viral ‘lifecycle’. Since it appears COVID has become enzootic the virus seems more successful than constrained. Impair might correctly apply to vaccine function. It might even correctly apply to viral virulence in humans. Is ‘impair’ the right word here? It would appear the virus itself is doing very well indeed….

If you have a parasite isn’t there a switch to Th2 pathway away from Th1 which is needed to fight any viral infection? Also, could this be the reason why Ivermectin appears to work as an antiviral in vivo, basically allowing the immune system to deal with the virus rather than the parasite?
@spamspam4117
@spamspam4117 13 күн бұрын
In most studies, there is no improvement, as most people of course don't have parasites. Also, most studies focused on ivermectin being administred acutely at the time of infection, so the clearing of parasites would happen when you are halfway through your viral infection already, and immune response also needs some time to readjust from a parasitic infection afterwards - thus, too late to do any good. But there were some studies that showed it helped in Brazil, not sure if it survived peer review as it was a long time ago, but it does appear that Iv. *could* seem to help in regions where a lot of population has parasites - mostly tropical regions where such diseases are more common.
@wendyg8536
@wendyg8536 13 күн бұрын
My theory is that you cannot eliminate pathogens such as virus because the parasites themselves are generational resevoirs of pathogen. .so must be eliminated to stop virus. I have already posted about this several times. Unfortunately...certain parasites are very difficult to eliminate and Ivermectin is one but very few that can do that... and ignorantly, not using Ivermectin and not eliminating parasites potentially causes long residual stealth virus status ie Long covid CFS etc.

Up to now there was no consensus about the more important role of T cells in comparison to antibodies?! Understand the mechanisms before injecting, that should be obvious. Understand also why so many infections especially in the highest vaccinated countries. Promoting the 10th injection to be up to date?! And then finding out that it doesn't matter which strain/variant you inject as antibodies do not play big of a role. I wait untill I again see good science, but it seems scientists will keep injecting before asking questions.

What a load. There was always an acknowledgement that T cells played a role. The study showed that there WAS no negatives to vaccination. The role of T Cells wasn't ignored, but the studies of the immune response always used antibody responses because it provided a useful correlation as to the effectiveness of vaccines. Antibodies ARE STILL useful. It depends on the range of epitopes that get check for. And that differs for everyone. The study showed CLEARLY benefits from vaccination despite the effect of worms on T cell responses.

Public policy and the politics and perceptions around it are important and while they affect science (and can corrupt it as nothing operates in an agnostic isolated bubble), they aren’t directly relevant to scientific investigation, to science. This entire episode including what might fairly be considered perhaps the largest experimental drug trial in history, represents an opportunity, a rare convergence of attention (I.e. funding) and unique event providing a chance to explore basic understanding of biological science. Every avenue of exploration to learn more about basic biological operation should be pursued. The possible relationship between parasites and immune responses seems a potentially rich vein. Kudos to the researchers and thanks to TWiP for another interesting and stimulating ‘dive’ into the relevance of parasitism in expanding our understanding of biology!

Laboratory mice are a uniquely bad choice for studies involving Omicron related strains. These variants show a genetic history of diverging in this mouse population. Also, the US population has about a 30% infection rate of chronic toxoplasmosis gondi. Not the same type of parasite to be sure but still could be a good jumping off point for an epidemiologic study.

@@WendyRandall Handwashing did that? Interesting. Also, Neanderthals probably ate raw meat and fish, at least part of the time. I think that early humans, at first, only ate cooked food, when they happen to find animals that had been caught in forest fires.

@@WendyRandall And also...the toilets, which waste is conducted into cleaning facilities. Before in the cities in the middle ages era, people throw their urine/faeces out of the windows towards the streets and who knows what happened with other rotten things, food and so on. Lack of cleaner water and so on, also contributed to disease...😮 Yes, washing hands was a great improvement also in women who gave birth. Before they died after labor from infections, due to the doctors in hospitals did not washed their hands. This doctor who thought it was the lack of handwashing...went nuts and i think he ended in the psychiatry, because at the time doctors, scientists ridiculed and dismissed his idea. Another reason why i do not believe easy doctors, scientists...when convinced of something. Especially when someone has an idea and gets dismissed, ridiculed if it goes against mainstream thoughts.

Do you have any information on any other parasites because I've had these worms in my skin they look like they're ribbed and they started out a little tiny white things like nodules and I've had it for 4 years I just started with doors for 2 years and then I started seeing them after 2 years of having sores I started seeing them and I went to the doctors and they looked at it and they didn't take samples of the white nodules but they took samples of somewhere I already picked over so of course it came back as long as tissue with nodules and never pursued anything else after that with me. Ok I've been going literally through hell. My arms my legs my breasts my my butt my face all scarred my back mouth guard. But now I'm seeing that they're getting a little bigger because I've been going and doing other medicine without a got from a walk-in clinic my own primary wouldn't give me anything I want the three in Texas disease doctors that didn't give me anything so I only had three doses of ivermectin which was January April and just last month and now they're getting bigger I brought in like a pill bottle full of samples but of course they were already dead and it was like almost a week and maybe if they made with some that were a couple days old left in there but they seem to look like worms out of the skin and when you pull them out they turn into like these Square things they just look like a square like, some of them stay around and they curl up. Tylenol is a ton of mine but they're tiny tiny and the biggest one I just saw today was about a quarter of an inch. But I see tracks in my arms that are way bigger than that and I'm just scared I don't know what to do is there eating me alive and nobody will acknowledge it nobody will diagnose me or give me any more medication and now there's this so bad I don't know what to do

@@annettewilliams4480 well now that I've watched this program about the molds and the signs of mold toxicity I've been living in my basement for 4 years and I'm finding white molds everywhere like in my laundry room and in the back room and it's not and it's starting to be in the room that I'm staying in cuz half of my basement is finished. I'm thinking it's probably on a inside the ceiling on top and I just noticed when I was taking some pots and pans out of the bottom cabinets underneath the countertop that there's mold all over them so my dad's been choking like hell and I thought she had a collapsing trachea and but I think it's the mall cuz why she's choking to death and we don't hardly ever go outside I'm not getting enough fresh air and I've been very depressed because of this I thought it was parasites nobody wants to deal with me and if they said there was no parasitic material in my in my samples which will you know they're like almost a week old some are a few days old so they're dead and pretty much down to powder by now then they charge me a lab fee for looking at a microscope which other people already did I want to testing so that would be by my blood so I'm going to start seeing if I can get tested for mold toxicity or if I just move back upstairs I'll know right LOL.

I challenge the.. bowtie. Bold statement. Suspiciously bold... Very few pull it off sir. 🫡 Immune systems and parasympathetic both have a delicate interplay even affecting the other systems promptly upon fallacy. The battle is multifaceted, i believe that's a given. At an intra-system level the burden is shared, though specific biological profiles are sensitive to particular foreign disturbances or burdens from direct cellular attack. The responses vary so widely between specimens and host. In some cases, certain responses overpower the chain of supremacy, rendering other attacks almost moot. Vaccination/mRn@gene therapy surely complicates that balance exponentially. Ty 4 the concise information. LiTTle 🐁 myo card 🥺🤣🤣🤣

Having up to date vaccines for current variants is surely still better - sure, T cells are important, but if some people are at least for some months fully protected, there will be less spread, less people absent due to illness, less long covid, less misery in general. We are not only vaccinating to prevent hospitalization, we want to minimize the number of times we get covid altogether, as the damage is cumulative.
