Haven't played Vindictus in YEARS. But it was one of the more awesome action games of the past decades, only held back by the fact that it was an MMO. This is nothing but good news!

The Alpha is very limited and only has Fiona and Lann. But they said in a Q&A they will add others.

I enjoyed Vindictus for a brief while, but I was always disappointed that it was an MMO. The steam page for Defying Fate seems to indicate that the new one is gonna be a single player (or coop) game so here's hoping! The original Vindictus had really good combat for an MMO, I'd love to see it get proper attention and support as an RPG.
