There's a glaring hole in your analysis here, and it all comes down to one point: You're only picking jokes that happen in the first 40 minutes of the movie. What kind of nonsense is that? Oh, sorry! That's actually my mistake in the editing! I slowed the video down because he lost so quickly, but unfortunately not only did I slow it down too much, I also used Optical Flow Time Interpolation to add frames that originally don't exist, this tries to make the video look like 60 FPS even though since it's slowed down it shouldn't be. My mistake was slowing the video down too much, Optical Flow is pretty good but if the video is slowed down too much it can't "predict" what the missing frames are and creates the odd looking jumbled mess that appears on that edit. The original edit before it was upscaled looks identical, so it's definitely my bad! I'll try not to make that mistake again! Cheers!
