I just realized that during the van segments Brisco and Ann are on either side of the cameraman. Meaning that Joel is just awkwardly squished in the middle writing in his journal during every single trip. Why doesn't the camera man get the window seat sometime? Doesn't seem very fair to me.

Let's think about that segment with getting to O'Connor for a moment. When they arrived, the power was already out. The entire building was pitch black for what may have been hours. They had to navigate through the place, after leaving to go to a "junk place" to get an infrared camera attachment, in order to get to him in a closed room. What the fuck was this guy doing here, alone, in a closed room, in a pitch black building, staring at the wall as if in a trance?

Honestly I love the dynamic between the 3 main characters so much, it works great Ann's the most useful one, who can actually take action and open doors, pick up objects, use a gun and just be the first one to step in in any situation, but ironically, she's can't do all thess basic actions without the player telling her to. And she's so easily killed, so you basically have to constantly babysit her. So she's like this mix of a dumbass, but being the only one who's willing to do the work Brisko veiws himself as the voice of reason, but in reality he's an even bigger dumbass than Ann, saying dumbass crap and doing nothing, all while constantly having the same dumbfounded expression. But also he's still the funniest of the 3 with his dialogs, you just can't hate this guy And then there's the player, the actual straight man of the group, who has no way to make any direct input verbally so the only way to communicate with the others is to push them and run around them like a child and filming everyone uncomfortably close They just feel like a trio of idiots straight out of some comedy movie and the voice actors' shit deliveries add so much to these characters. If either just the voice acting or the script were made competently, everything would've fallen apart, so I'm glad to get this unintentionally perfect shitshow
