Vinny's life tunnel invention sounds like a good setup for some kind of sci-fi thriller/horror movie. Someone invents the life tunnel, walk right through it and cure whatever ails you, it's such an incredible technological leap in medicine that it completely changes life on earth. So, humanity takes it one step further and they build a giant life tunnel that orbits the entire planet, which makes a full rotation once or twice a day and reaches every single person. This effectively makes people immortal, so long as they don't receive a mortal injury and fully die before the tunnel can reach them. However, this also means that the worst kinds of people become even bigger threats, planning murders, espionage, and all kinds of messed up stuff based on the tunnel's rotation schedule. For the most part, life is great, but once the tunnel passes overhead, you better know damn well who you can trust.

The moment I started picturing what you're describing (which would indeed make for a good setup), I immediately thought of ways of exploiting it, like staying as close to the axis of rotation of the tunnel, meaning it's passing over you constantly or is over you at all times, making it almost impossible to kill you. But then, that could also work as an interesting story beat - someone has thought of this, and someone else has to find a way to stop them; perhaps it can be done if you manage to disintegrate the body entirely in an extremely short amount of time, so that all cell death is simultaneous and there's no 'living cell' the tunnel can use as a base to heal them; maybe it comes down to an intercontinental sniper duel between protagonist and antagonist, both standing under the tunnel trying to nail the other one in the key point (heart, brain, cock if it's a comedy sci-fi) the tunnel uses, having to withstand brief but intense moments of grueling injury as they take gravitational pot-shots at one another and try to compensate for the curvature of the earth, any obstacles in the way, etc... Honestly, the more I think of it, the life tunnel premise has a lot of potential for anything from very serious and interesting social/philosophical/political stuff, fucked up body-horror type stuff, to sci-fi slapstick shenanigans.

I mentioned this in the chat but Pitchstorm is another fantastic improv game that I highly recommend if you want something like Snake Oil. Spyfall is another good one that's sort of a mix between improv and social deduction? For light games, I also recommend Overboss, the spinoff of Boss Monster. Instead of building a dungeon, you build the overworld around the dungeon. It's honestly a lot easier to learn than Boss Monster too. Love the tabletop game streams!

There are no "starter spells" in Boss Monster. You're probably looking at the boss card. The description for it is an one-use effect you get when you "Level up" (Dungeon reaches 5 visible rooms for the first time), the xp count (bottom right) dictates turn order and the treasure icon (bottom left) helps lure in adventurers for you and your dungeon to crush.
