The game wouldn't become Nintendo's, they wouldn't be able to sell it because despite it starring their intellectual property, they have no right to the code you made, the levels you designed, or the sprites you created yourself. A common example is fanart, as silly as it sounds in a bubble. Let's say you used the copyrighted chatacter of Mario to advertise your band tour. And you drew Mario like normal, only he has a text bubble saying to come to your show. Ninendo sues you for using their copyrighted chatacter in your advertisements. If they win the dispute, they do not gain rights to use the art you drew. It exists in a confusing bubble were no person can use the art commercialy unless you two come to an agreement. The whole joke about "Wabbit season" is that Warner made a takedown notice about a wholly transformative parody and claimed it was their own IP, despite that niggly fair use law protecting freedom of speech and freedom of expression. An argument could be made that this is not transformative enough content, but that would be up to a judge, not me or you.

Now this is how you make a Sequel that isn't just showing Mario milk PSA reference plus the short playtime length. It actually has good gameplay, parody and dangerously high amount of calcium and i love it. Looking forward to the creator's next work. And if anyone's wondering, like 50% of the soundtrack are from Mega Man 2 - The Power Fighters. Very nice choice if you think about it.

Banana milk is different than like chocolate or strawberry milk(I like both equally) they have actual bananas blended into the milk and it’s amazing. There was a brand that had a kawaii monkey on the carton and it was delicious. They had a chocolate banana milk as well and that was so good too I’d buy both and I’d end up getting four cartons a week. I miss that banana milk so much I can’t find it anywhere anymore.

I did the final boss music for fun because I was really pumped to see my friend Langton finish this game, I don't know if I should post it on SoundCloud or something for people to listen to if they want. It's sort of meant to be a pastiche of Queen, but it kind of went into this other, "overly-grandiose" direction that I worry clashes with the otherwise heavily Mega Man Power Battle/Fighter OST.
