I don't think you can call the Roger vs Oden scene a one-shot. Oden was hit hard and sent flying but he literally just jumped out the tree with a bruise and was just surprised at how much stronger Roger was. Considering Kid, who managed to fight against other Yonko, was one-shot by Shanks just shows what kind of a beast Oden truly was.
