Thank you!!! I have been trying to get my printer to print for 2 weeks without luck- ashtrays a “print error” ! The location of the paper tray is NOT obvious - thank you for pointing this out! It is ABOVE the small tray that holds photo paper. There are actually 3 trays! Bottom for paper; middle for photos/cards/invites; top for printed materials exiting the printer! Problem solved ❤

I swear this is the worst printer I ever invested in that I needed to go online to figure out out to print. It prints sometimes then others I have issues. Thanks!
