Seems like a good bloke and i was also impressed with how he looked after the fans, especially the disabled ones, at whatever club he was at, always went and had a chat and gave a bit

When we signed Vinnie at Leeds I remember hearing the news on a Friday night as I was going out. I was so annoyed that we'd signed an untalented thug. I am pleased to say I've never been so happy to be proved so wrong! I even met him in the Peacock pub once when it was empty and he was poncing about on his brick of a mobile phone. I didn't tell him what I thought when we signed him though... haha!

I'm a lifelong Gooner but Wimbledon were my 2nd team as some family were Dons fans and you're right. I saw him play a fair few times in the 90s and he was better than he was given credit for. Good at throw ins and set pieces, tidy passing and could ping one from distance when he wanted to. I wonder how different his reputation would have been had he played for longer under Wilko, someone else who I think didn't get the recognition he deserved

Well done to you for being successful at football and acting. You done well. But who really gives a shit. I’m more concerned about what you do for others rather than for yourself.
