Stephen Curry is a great player and a future Hall of Fame player. He gets a lot of hate because of how the media has portrayed him in the prior two seasons. The media wants every emerging player to be better than LeBron James, and they get proved wrong every time. It's not fair to Curry, because all he does is go out on the court and play ball to help his team win games. This man is the greatest shooter ever and he deserves respect.

The previous record for 3-pointers in a single season was 269. Curry has broken that 4 times and absolutely shattered that mark with 402 just last year. He's also the 4th player in NBA history to log a 50-40-90 season. Actually, it was a 50-45-90 season with another 50 from 30-feet out. No player in NBA history has ever done that. I really want to know what some people are smoking to think that either one of Allen, Miller, or Bird were better shooters than Curry.

This is crazy. This man can create a shot for himself and pull up anytime he wants. People say Klay is better? Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson have about the same shooting % but the thing is Curry shoots way more than him and Klay doesn't create his own shots he needs to be set up by teammates. This man Curry is the greatest shooter of NBA history no question. The number 2 best shooter doesn't even compare to Curry, no debate needed. Done.
@garv77356 жыл бұрын
JReal klay is a better scorer, he has the record 37 points in a quarter going 13-13 on the field and scored 50 points that whole game
@macxavier1685 жыл бұрын
Correction: Klay is a STREAKIER scorer. You could argue that no player in NBA history gets hotter than Klay does. But Steph is FAR more consistent, partially because he has the ball in his hands more often and can create his own shot. Not to mention Steph's range is deeper than anyone's in NBA history, including Klay's.
@cornellwilliams21784 жыл бұрын
Also if u look Steph needs to shift or set his center of gravity before he shoots because of his mechanics but he's not that great on catch and shot as he needs to either dribble once or at least bring the ball down before he shoots. Klay can fire from any stance because Clay's shot comes from his forearm and wrist. If u really line them up they sorta even out but Steph got him in the three point contest 2.1 but to say there's no compare is disrespectful

Stephen is the most electrifying NBA player to come along in the last 20 years bar none!! He and a prime Jordan are amply described as two apex predators, an orca (Jordan), and a jaguar (Curry). Brothers... Sisters.. The hatrid, towards Curry, is reminiscent of the Jordan Era. Back in 1984, the Best player in the World, was Kareem. Dr J, was the GOAT. For real. When Jordan hit the scene, you had Magic+Kareem+Bird. Hence an Entire Decade of Lakers-vs-Celtics. When Jordan hit the scene, the Entire NBA had to change. Jordan was just that Dominant, from first game. Changed the entire League overnight. Changed rules. Changed defenses. Won 6 Titles. Then SHAQ- CHANGED EVERYTHING, again. Changed the way defense's were played. Offenses' He was literally Unstoppable.- Changed the game. Then Lebron.- Changed the Game. Rules changed, got much slower, radically different.. Current GOAT--- Steph Curry.. HE is just getting the next version of heat, that every other Game Changing player has gotten. Enjoy it folks.. I experienced the Jordan era, to which those were some of the greatest games, ever. But this dude has changed everything. I have to admit, he puts some serious competition to Micheal Jordan. He eventually will be stopped, but just like other greats. He is still young, and can further enhance it. Just like MJ did. He is disrupting the league, to which we will start to see alot of other new players, being compared to Curry now, versus LeBron.

I'm an old guy. And I know how the system works. 2016 GSW were up 3-1 against Cleveland. AND they lost? Only one reason, the fix was on. Vegas made a lot of money on that one. The BIGS of the NBA and the LeBrons sponsers were like , " Oh nooooo, we can't have that." See, I'm a Spurs backer, ( then a Golden State fan. ) and San Antonio doesn't get "consideration?" Truth is, ok let the Spurs get to the finals and play BUT not only against the opposing team, but the ref's too.The Celtics have a real good team BUT you watch and see' Lebron media darling and everyone of some kind of power is gonna do EVERYTHING they can for the Cavs. Don't get me wrong, LeBron is a great player but he's not "all that" > fouling all the way to the rim. Makes me sick, Media has a "Dirty Sanchez" for LeBron and the refs giving "LeBLOW Me" a RIM JOB. At least you all saw the Spurs made LeBron > "Tap Out" ! See, small market teams not supposed to win. Hell! They'ed rather have the Knicks or the Nets make the finals. I just kinda wish Reggie Miller had played for the Spurs. ...... Oh well.

Stop being dumb, he made sense. He's saying the league is rigged, and tbh it is. The finals were filled with sus calls, no one cares though. Cavs got a taste of those sus calls against the hawks and blew a 26 pt lead.

Boss Mayne so if the NBA is rigged MJ is not the best player in history just stfu
@trevorkremenliff49967 жыл бұрын
This is a pretty real statement and you obviously disregarded the "old school" comment.The league isn't bloody anymore the draft is a joke and everytime something new comes up the youth clings to it and everyone pulls the bandwagon card even though way over here we're pretty happy it isn't Kobe or the Spurs right now. How is that going to go without ratings or jersey sales better make sure LeBron and Ginobli play for 20 years or no one will care. Last years Finals was so sad for anyone that does't hate GSW even though you all do and it took a 8 year effort to build that team.There's really only a few sports that can't be rigged now (at least not obviously) especially now that they allow review in MLB. Making argument that MJ had to make those shot is relevant but the league was far more competitive and Pippen was runner up MVP. Rodman and Lambaeir laughed so hard when everyone said the Warriors were soft and kicked them out when they got tough, Dubs walked eggshells after that bullshit in game 4.
@flappyturtle4726 жыл бұрын
You guys don't know shit about basketball. It's because Andrew Bogut and Iggy got injured lmfao. It wasn't rigged because I saw firsthand Klay accidentally kicking Kyrie when he was guarding him in game 3 but it wasn't called. Calls were bad on both sides.
@connora.7027 жыл бұрын
for all you guys who think Steph is bad just because he's small, or he's terrible. Think about it this way, if you were Steph, would you want to be made fun of because of height, or "He's so terrible because he can't shoot". If you think that, watch this video. It will turn your opinion around. And Steph, if you're watching this, which I doubt you will, but ignore the haters. Go Warriors!!!
@BrileyGabriel6 жыл бұрын
Steph is already a legend! He can handle the ball like Iverson, Drive the lane like Jordan, pass the ball like Magic, and shoot like...well... shoot like Steph Curry!!! No one else even begins to come close. He is the standard by which all other shooters will be measured from this day forward!
