I think Khabib is a great fighter but he ain’t the goat due to him not truly being tested in the LW division due to the fact that there are very few grapplers except for Oliviera who disappeared when Khabib showed up but in my eyes the goat is Jon Bones Jones here is why Jon Jones had phenomenal wrestling like Khabib but unlike Khabib had the ruthless striking of Anderson Silva using leg kick and elbows to maul his opponent and then go for takedowns or trips and he conquered the LHW division for quite a long time and fought multiple dangerous opponents to defend the title which is in my opinion better Khabib and Jon Jones may not be undefeated but he grows from his losses like when he got disqualified for using an illegal elbow Jon Jones corrected himself which shows learning and growing Even though he has done some shady things Jon Bones Jones is one of if not the greatest MMA artists of all time

I didn’t live in the era of Ali’s dominance but this is the one from my generation that’ll go down in history as the greatest. Sportsmanship, manners, respect and the most dominant fighter, he checked all boxes. After watching this I got to say Khabib is the definition of a real man. He reminds me of my grandpa and my dad and the old timers from the early 1900’s and further back that were men of their word. Nobody from that era was full of it like the guys/boys we have today. They were real men who when they said something they stood by it no matter what. We see very few real men these days but khabib is definitely a REAL MAN! I pray for him and his mom and family. Hopefully they can move past their grieving and his mom can grant him freedom to go and fight again. If not it’s perfectly fine but I just feel that khabib loves to fight and would want to keep proving himself until he couldn’t anymore.

This entire film was phenomenal! Edit: The ending had me crying man. This man was something special and someone to look up too, losing his father but staying to fulfill his promises only to retire for the love of his mother. Although I was McGregor at the beginning, just like everyone else but his behaviour got out of control and he lost his identity and his witty personality drifted away to became the opposite of a role model but not Khabib Nurmagomedov. I had him to win vs McGregor. I seen it as simple as, Eagles fly at great heights and barely touch the ground, that's not their level. They are above that. Khabib is the eagle I respect him so much for staying who is truly is, he never forgot his roots and made everything about respect. God bless from Ireland.

Khabib's relationship with his father, you don't even need to see much video of the two of them to feel just how strong their bond was. When I found out he died, and Khabib cried right there on the mat, you can tell his father was in his thoughts the ENTIRE TIME. I cried for him, the outpouring of emotion was so genuine and you can see that fighting without his father weighed heavy on him. When the UFC guys say they want to get Khabib back for one more, and he reassures them he's done but they keep acting like they can still get him, they just don't understand. He cannot fight anymore after that. His whole career he fought with his father, and his last fight he fought to honor him and to say goodbye. It's beautiful. It's complete. There does not need to be any more to the story than than that. Khabib will retire as a legend and as the GOAT, and Abdulmanap will be remembered along with him, as he should be. I am inspired, hope one day I can have a bond with my son like that. I hope Khabib can now properly grieve his father's passing finds peace in this life. I hope Khabib's own children love him that much as well.
@jjcollura56643 жыл бұрын
I think he fights one more time. And one time only. Simply because it was his fathers wish to see his son go 30-0. That’s the only way i see it. The love and respect he had/has for his father was/is tremendous.
