neither this nor mario 85 is a crappy fangame sponge maniac is a ROMHACK made for april fools with a pretty good bit (wega my beloved) and mario 85 is a proper fangame with a lot of effort put into it, even if the DEMO was a bit more difficult than it shouldve been. i guess i get where it comes from, what with the ultra oversaturation of sonic.exe back in the day and the odd poorly written creepypasta every now and then, but that doesn't mean immediately every single creepypasta/horrorbrew/whatever you wanna call it is gonna be the worst thing in the world and you should write it off instantly even if its done absolutely nothing wrong. i don't mind if you say it's cheesy or it doesn't scare you or whatever but just outright saying "It's Bad" is silly when you havent even attempted to let it do its thing.
