An exceptional exposition by Justice Rohinton Nariman. The facts pointed out by him are extremely pointed and telling; especially in the lacuna and failures. Why did the Italians escape justice for their depredations in Africa? If those weren't "Crimes against Humanity"; then what was? About that "American Caesar", MacArthur protecting Hirohito, the less said the better... Finally, as Justice Radha Binod Pal clearly pointed out: selective dispensation of Justice, is no Justice. It is simply a 'Travesty of Justice'! Events that have taken place since these Tribunals, simply bear that out. How many of the countries that carried out prosecutions; in "the pursuit of Justice", have submitted to the Jurisdiction of the ICC and ICJ? Finally, all this connects to recent World Events where States act with Impunity. So this talk by Justice Nariman gets even greater relevance. Thank you, Mr Justice Nariman.

Sorry for words last time in post of yours after what I did say wrote. Nudity of my innocents family given proven a black tag . Which was is uncanny . Started by my mother little education with lots of broken backbone from her family itself. And sister was mentally I'll. The name of the Indian judge is Radhabinod Paul...it is played by the great Irfan in the movie Tokyo Trial. This Bengali Judge had the courage to tell US on how wrong they were in running the trial in that fashion.
