PAELLA VALENCIANA with vegetables: Ingredients: 1 cup zucchini 1 cup red & green pepper 1 cup roget bean and leek 1 garlic clove 3 spoons of grated tomato 1 spoon of paprika 2 cups of bomba rice ( 400gr aprox) 10 cups of water Olive oil Salt Fry the vegetables with oil and salt. When they are well fried add the tomato and fry until it reduces. Add the paprika, stir a few times and pour the water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes. Taste for salt and correct if necessary ( it needs to be quite tasty because later you add the rice) Add the rice, stirr well and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. The following 10 minutes over low heat. Let the rice rest a little and enjoy Vincent!! Lots of love from Spain! 😊❤

Thank you so much for being vulnerable and open about the emotional turmoil you went through. People on the internet are still people and we all deal with different situations in our own ways. As a person that cries when I get stressed (which I do get pretty fast) I think it is very important to show emotions (as long as you feel comfortable enough with sharing it). Again, thank you!

For gibanica, you should use 2 sheets of filo, sprinkle a mixture of oil and water between the first and the second and add the filling to the second. I do agree that the flavor is simple, but it's not bad. It's often oily and heavy for me but people love it. I eat it with yoghurt because of it or some tomato sauce. I am Serbian but I think our food is often heavy and oily or too sweet. I recommend sarma with fermented cabbage but to make it properly you need a lot of time, if you rush it, it won't be good. Also, gibanica with homemade filo is a completely different dish, a lot better. Again, I don't like typical Serbian food, I usually change them up, so for filo I don't make it crunchy or oily :)

OMG please try Lithuanian cold soup šaltibarščiai!! It is a beet cold soup and I think you might like it because it is SOUR and does not contain meat!🤗 You can eat it for any course because it is super light and fresh Ingredients: 1 litre of kefir 400 grams of marinated beets 2 cucumbers 1 bunch of spring onions 1 bunch of dill Salt add to taste 2 eggs Side dish of boiled potatoes (optional, but I would recommend it) Recipe: 1 Cut cucumbers into small pieces. Finely chop sprig onions and dill. Grate the beet 2 Put the beet (with all liquid), spring onions, cucumbers into the kefir, mix it up. 3 It is possible to serve the soup immediately after making it, but it is tastier when kept for an hour in the fridge. 4 Serve garnished with boiled eggs and boiled potatoes on the side.

Hi! You should really try Syrnyky, this is a traditional Ukrainian breakfast! Syrnyky Recipe (Cottage cheese pancakes) Ingredients 200 grams cottage cheese 1 large egg 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. semolina 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla sugar Salt (to taste) Oil of choice to sear pancakes (we used coconut oil) Toppings to choose -strawberries -blueberries -sour cream -honey -condensed milk Instructions -Using a sieve and a wooden spoon, mash the cottage cheese until smooth (remove any excess water) -Add egg, flour, semolina, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt and continue mixing batter ensuring there are no lumps. This will look more like a think dough than a traditional pourable pancake batter. -Scoop out the pancake dough and gently flatten the dough ball into a small pancake. Lightly pat the pancake with flour on both sides. You want these small pancakes to be 2-3 inches. -To cook the syrniki: In a skillet, heat 3-4 tablespoons of the oil of your choice (we used coconut oil) and gently place the pancakes into a pan using a spatula. Cook on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until each side is golden brown. Be mindful, or they might get a little too well done! -Once both sides are a golden brown, remove and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve with toppings of your choice.

try Iran please. the foods are kinda hard to make for foreigners but there is an easy one, which is called "sosis bandari" (in farsi : سوسیس بندری) which means sausage from the port or port-style sausage. 'Sosis' is the Persian word for sausage, and 'Bandar' means port. its VERY tasty and i make it a lot. here's what you need : 3 or 4 middle sized onions (depends on your sausages) 6 mid sized sausages (bonus point if you can find sausages that are used for sosis bandari) tomato paste black pepper and turmeric you can also add bell pepper or diced potatoes (i usually add bell pepper) here's how to make it: cut your onions in a C shape way (they have to be thin) add some oil to your pan and fry them until they become light and golden. cut your sausages in a D shape now (Cut the sausages in half, then chop them.) not too thin and not too thick. then add them to the pan with the onions. after they were golden as well, then add about a teaspoon of turmeric. now it's time to add the tomato paste. you really have to eyeball it for this one. add until it becomes orange or red enough. don't add a lot though. then add some water for the sausages to cook for a little bit so they wont burn it the pan. then add your black pepper it. it depends how spicy you like it to be. sosis bandari is a spicy dish but you add how much pepper you want. and then after 4 to 5 minutes, voila; your dish is ready to be served. put some in a baguette and enjoy. if you like it with bell peppers, add them when you've added the tomato paste and water. but you have to wait a little longer until they soften. and if you like to add potatoes, its the same. fry them in a different pan to make sure that they are cooked and then add them with the paste or you can add them before you're adding the turmeric. if you make this, i hope you enjoy it a lot 🥰❤😘 also thank you ❤❤❤
YOU NEED TO TRY : Foutou sauce arachide from ivory coast whis is a plantain sort of ball with a peanut sauce and it is amazing

Bulgarian here, we call it banica. Sometimes we add minced meat to make it more flavorful, spinach or even sauerkraut (fermented cabbage, but it's not my cup of tea, yuck). But yes, it's meant to eat with yoghurt or something else, it's just too plain to eat it like that.

Hi vinsaint, how are you doing? I just done watch your video and I would like to recommend some Omani dishes for you I couldn't find more easy than the two I will attach ** I love you sm First one is Omani pancake (qurus): 1 cup of flour 1/4 cup powder milk 1 egg 1 teaspoon salt Add water untill it some how like pancake consistency Then cook it in pan but smaller than the usual Then top it with some butter or as we called it samena and some honey It is smaller than the inside of your hand ______________________________________ The second one is eursia: Use rice as you want (uaually in Oman we use alot of rice since we cook it for occasion like weedings or Eids) Wash it then add water and chicken breast with some butter, salt, black pepper and garlic let it over cook If the water not enough add more When it done take any mashing device and mash the rice nicely Add some butter on top and it is ready to eat __________________________________________ That is it Hope you do more research to get the whole picture of it Thank youuu I love your style slaaayy

I think that gibanica is very popular in all balkan countries. In Bulgaria it`s called banitsa and I think it`s pretty much the same.If it`s hard for you to make it into a snail you may try to layer it.Also if it`s too plain with feta only, there are versions with spinach and other: Zelnik (banitsa with cabbage),Luchnik (banitsa with onion),Patatnik (banitsa with potatoes),Tikvenik (banitsa with pumpkin-one of my favourite types because it`s sweet and reminds me of apple strudel which I love a lot too).

Fry the bacon until crispy, then sauté the onion until translucent. Add the potatoes and the salami leftovers, and fry everything together.
