Biggest tips for fudgy brownies 1. Melt your sugar and oil together. Heat up the coconut oil any way you want to then add the sugar and beat with the electric mixer until the sugar is mostly dissolved. 2. AFTER DISSOLVING THE SUGAR INTO THE OIL ONLY USE A SPATULA TO MIX THE BATTER NOT AN ELECTRIC MIXER! The electric mixer creates too many air bubbles making a cake like texture instead of a fugdy texture
