@@wahlee5426 佢既答案：oh yeah, please don't buy anything with a leasehold that low? it's very expensive to renew them. Guide Price = asking price, what the seller wants. you can bargain that. also, be aware that with leaseholds, you need to pay a 'service charge' to the owner to maintain the property. I have a semi-leasehold, so i have to pay 700 pounds each financial year for 'upkeep' of the roof and painting of outside. Please double check our Government website. www.gov.uk/leasehold-property/extending-changing-or-ending-a-lease to make sure that you dont get ripped off. are you moving here permanetly or just 'thinking about' moving?
