Absolutely, hebneh! I had forgotten all about this series of Anacin commercials until one appeared on a re-run of What's My Line the other night. When our mother became exasperated with us we'd imitate her reaction by saying that familiar "Mother, PLEASE...!" line. She'd end up laughing.

This is because he just heard “All My Loving” by The Beatles on Ed Sullivan and that racket by those boys with the girls’ hair is driving him nutso. (No but seriously, this was the first commercial after that, you can see Sullivan for a split-second in the beginning.)

The little girl is actress is Suzanne Cupito (aka...Morgan Brittany). As a child she appeared in many TV series and films. She played one of the daughters in Yours, Mine and Ours with Lucille Ball and Henry Fonda. In the 70's she changed her name to Morgan Brittany and had a hit run on the TV series Dallas in the 80's as the evil Katherine Wentworth.

Someone should make this a viral challenge for guys. Set up a camera when you’re all about to go do something, wait for the woman to say “Hurry, we’re gonna be late” or something to that effect, and then angrily bark at her “DON’T RUSH ME!!” I can only imagine how that would go down today. “LISTEN HERE, ASSHOLE!!”
