Man I wasn't sure if that guy was really a 'celebrity', but when I saw the indoor sunglasses and fedora I knew then we were dining in tinsel town

Hey I just had to write as you did a great job showing this amp. I found one today on Craigslist, complete for $40 with another amp too. Awesome

LOL. One of the first amps I recorded in the studio was a vox. Now I have a smaller version of this amp. Next the Vox it is probably one of the best sounding amps I've played through. So My ears must be in love with this type of tone. I love it because the hard you play, the more crunch, the softer the cleaner the sound. This works great for my style that I play.

Cool. I still have mine, fully operational, bought back in 1965 with paper route savings. These days, I usually prefer other amps, but hey, it was my first amp, so I'm keeping it! lol And besides, it's always handy for some unique recording tones at the very least. I guess the vintage spring reverb wasn't working on this one, though. Too bad.

Man that amp is in good shape. I had a DS 50 in about 67'. I think those DM25s are very cool.

"gunna go to the bridge pickup here on the Les Paul?".... Hmmm...looks and sounds like the neck pickup to me.

That basically seems like a Silvertone 1484 "twin twelve" with a slightly different format.

Anybody want to buy one of these. I'm the original owner and the mother still works.
