Thought to search for "vintage Christmas house" to see a nicely decorated home. I haven't felt true Xmas magic since I was a kid. Been stuck in an apartment for the longest time and just never feel motivated to properly decorate. Hoping some day to feel the magic again.

@ToolGal462 I have a very inquisitive cat who used to try to climb my tree! Tried a tip which does work: I vigorously shake ground black pepper around the tree and on the lower branches and she stays away. The first time she tried approaching I said "No" and shaked the pepper between her and the tree. I reapply once a week. It works! 😸

This was like a walk down memory lane. I'm not terribly old (47) but I was raised by my grandparents so all of our Christmases were vintage everything. Those bubble lights brought a tear. Thank you for sharing

I just took a walk thru my Christmas past,that carousel was so beautiful!! I recognize so many pieces you have decorating ur home,which btw,looks so warm and inviting! Does anyone here remember Angel hair we use to put on Christmas trees? It was so itchy,and probably was toxic by today's standards,lol but it looked so beautiful on tree. Did anyone elses pets play with the hanging decorations,or end up running around with tinsel hanging off their bodies🤣 Memories of Christmas past,so peacefull to recall. Thank you for posting this💖

YESSS!!!! And ditto @chloenkitty ‘s comment about the first primary Christmas tree you featured here - the one with all the icicles and the many elves climbing and hiding within its bright and colorful Christmas-lit branches! I’ve never seen elves used to that extent in a tree. Absolutely perfect!That’s a genuine Christmas MASTERPIECE! But the whole scene, all-in-all, is a real wonderland of Christmastime! One of the best I’ve seen. The only thing missing is a running, lighted Christmas train or trolley. But I may have just overlooked it if there was one clacking along the tracks somewhere among this Christmas wonderland of decor there was so much to see here.

A magical place, that reminds me of my childhood! Fun trip down memory lane! My Mom would take hours placing each Icicle on the tree, you have to, or it looks a mess.
