Loved, loved this home tour! May be my favorite yet! Your style has evolved so much over the years. I also decorate with a lot of vintage. The t v stand filled with your vintage books looks great! Idea for you, looks like you could remove seats from kitchen table, fill holes with wood filler, repaint or stain table and then get some sturdy comfortable barstools.
