It's actually from 1981, they filmed these once a year. Fred got 2 years older. You'll see Sarah at the hospital is playing Irene.

I saw this before but I just noticed now Fred said "another girl". Really, he'd rather another boy? That's sexist. Fred later verbally stands up for Irene saying you can't judge her.
