Flipping brilliant bikes and the underlying philosophy of making a product to last is spot on.

You Gentlemen are the very ESSENCE of what it means to be "Built In America"! To build products that One could hand down to following generations is the very epitome of "Quality Made". Kudos, my friends...Kudos.

Great looking bike and exactly what I was looking for. I read some of these comments and noticed alot of people know nothing about how these bikes are priced. This is a small company with a small work force. This means that they cant produce alot of these. The reason that ford can sell you cars for cheap is because they are a massive company that produces millions of cars around the world. The number of cars they build helps keep the price down. The more of something the lesser the price, the less of something the higher the price.

gorufio01 Good to see someone using their brain. I've owned & ridden a A$1,800 (A=Australia) e-bike for 18,000km (11,000 miles) and now my latest which is a A$4,000 e-bike which I've done 4,000km (2,500 miles). The difference in quality is amazing (Chinese vs Spanish). I ride 200km (125 miles) per week. Quality is worth paying for - PERIOD!
@withwingsaseagleeyes9 жыл бұрын
+Grant Zippel In other words "You get what you Pay for." Mass production only cheapens a product whereas a product made by hand is a product that will last indeed and be put together with ownership to the product as much as to the customer.

Incredible electric bike! Here are a few ideas and suggestions for you guys to consider. Think about implementing some kind of rechargeable solar attachment that people could pull out of there saddle/seat bag and attach somewhere onto the bike and connect it to the battery and allow it to recharge in the sunlight while there eating or at the beach. Next think about adding an additional customization to the bikes paint like implementing say family crests, symbols, or even super hero themes to your bikes. Lastly I think you guys need to take this product on Shark Tank to really get it out there!

Yes this is a fantastic bike but it's just way to expensive. With that amount of money you could buy yourself a motorcycle or a car but if they find a way to lower the price a bit I know we'd be seeing alot more of these and alot less pollution on our streets great concept
@genericallyaccepted10 жыл бұрын
What do you think a reasonable asking price is?
@The_Kkiwi10 жыл бұрын
Tommy Fletcher I completely understand that this is all custom and mostly handmade and that is not cheap by any means. All I'm saying is there should be atleast model available for 1000-1200. Most people middle to lower class like myself are looking for and efficient reliable way to get around town and although this is geared to the higher class, I think they would have a much easier and successful experience selling five bikes at 1000 than selling one bike at 5000. Just my two cents
@genericallyaccepted10 жыл бұрын

Hey why dont you fit a wind generator motor to the bike. On the front wheel or engineered to fit next to the electric motor using the same chain or belt. The small one I was looking at the other day. Puts out 6.5amp per rotation running straight into the battery would increase the range of the bike or make it unlimited if the math was done right. Oh and iv had a motor like this changing a 130ah battery witch was constantly being used every day. I migjt be wrong but iput is better then none.

i wish assisted pedal bikes were more affordable. this product and the other one that was on Jay Lenos garage are toooo expensive for the majority of people who have interest. for the price of most assisted pedal bikes you could get a good used car with air conditioning, safety equipment, and all other initial fees payed. i understand that these bikes are part of the specialty market are more at the higher end of the product spectrum and for the low impact people who probably have a bicycle already. i definitely would be interested if the low end prices were $1,500- $2,000. at the prices that they are sold at you could get a nice bike and trick it out with a electric motor and a battery pack.

A step up generator using the old motor and battery can be made to get more out of that old bike and it prevents battery drain going uphill also. just put a one to four ration cog on the old motor and use a 120 stator off an old generator but then you have to limit the power or the motor will burn up as it is for a motor that is the rotation of the motor times four. and the drive motor will have to be at least 1440 volt and that is good enough for a ford 1500 diesel and the battery if it still work will last ten hours if you tone it done to an e bike motor. or the time of the battery on the ebike at full speed which is about one half hour.
