With former Pro Mod world champion and legendary drag racer Quain Stott taking on up-and-comer Gabriel Burrell, it is a race between an upstart racer and an established veteran in unpredictable, historic cars.

Me too eh. I'm 12th generation Canadian. Cayuga Speedway (racing and dragging since 1966) is an hour away from my place here in Fort Erie. We have real horsepower here with a thoroughbred racetrack and we're getting a NASCAR Canadian Speedway soon here in Fort Erie as well. Keep an eye open for these. Peace brothers!

This gasser madness has grown from a pair of cars match racing several years ago.... to the Southeast Gassers club of today. They now have a whole gasser show, with 3 classes and over 50 cars! A lot of us old folks remember the 50s and 60s and hoped for a group that would recreate those days - the Southeast Gassers do that! WillyB

I hadn't watched any of this series yet - that is, until I saw the word "gasser". That made me pay attention. Glad I did, too. It wouldn't bother me a bit if the entire series was like this episode. Nothing more fun than old school gassers going at it.

I watched Quain Stott destroy that transmission and then take it out the car hit it with hammers and mess around with it and in under a hour it was fixed and he was out racing again.
