Love both your imagination and your humor. Forgive me if someone already suggested this. If you use a heat source such as a heat gun on the joint of the skeleton, you can bend the joints and when the cool the stay the way you bent it. Careful not to overdo it, they can melt.

I love your little witch! I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned this but you can put the little skeletons in some boiling water for like 10 seconds or so and then bend them into shape. I always do like the top half . Dunk in the water then position an arm and then while holding the shape dunk it in ice water and hold for a few seconds until it sets. Then dunk the bottom half and pose the legs then dunk in ice water.

Normally I don’t like videos of dollar tree diys, they often look cheap or like they’re going to fall apart. However, yours look so beautiful and well made! I couldn’t believe how well everything went together, it looked like decor you would pay big money for at the store and it’s extra special because you made it yourself.
