That thing with the weird ends, those ends go over buttons that are under the edge of a neckline. I still have a top that came with a couple of them. The top has a scalloped collar so it looks like I'm wearing a necklace with it.

The Indian Head necklace is made of soapstone. The shimmery ring stone might be a moonstone, but it could be an opal. The swirly pin's stone is a smokey moonstone.

2:13 this is to put over your buttons. I mean I'm not sure what is this decoration but these ends you basically put your buttons through that and whatever it is it supposed to hang somehow. I had a shirt with two special buttons under the collar and there was a flower with two ends like these and it was sitting under your neck when all the buttons are closed.

At 2:17 in the video, chains like that usually hook on to buttons. They are popular with men. If it's long, I have seen some that can hook on to women's clothes from shoulder to shoulder, and it looks like a necklace. They come in many sizes. They seem to be making a comeback. I'll watch to see if you can untangle it and I can see it fully. 🙋🏽‍♀️
