Wouldn’t the ammonia in windex strip any AB coatings? Im very appreciative of the info you’re sharing, it just seems like a general guide and doesn’t include all jewelry.

When I clean mine I use a lightly damp soft cloth and then dry/ polish. I’m going to the Windex method! No worrying about prongs catching on the polish cloth. Thanks!!!

The guy on the other channel, who also was a professional dealer maybe also a craftsman, said the yellowing is from the glue between the foil and the stones changing over time. I know that’s what happens with polyurethane which is a gluelike polymer so it makes sense. He used a toothbrush and dish detergent but did rinse the piece. Now I don’t know what to do because your video makes sense too! Let me know your thoughts if you happen to have time. Thank you sir.

I knew there was a better way, but unsure of how to clean without getting liquid inside the stones. The towel is brilliant.. I will be using the towel on all my jewelry! Thank you so much.
