Seen a restored Leak Stereo 30 on the ebay for £15O. I don't know what that is in AU dollars though. What you reckon, worth getting? I am intrigued by these Leak amps from late 60s/early 70s.

Depends what "restored" means. I don't think I would pay that much, but if you really want it... It also really depends on the speakers you intend to drive. If you have efficient speakers, you can have a very enjoyable listening experience, but I really notice the difference between the 70 and the 30 in terms of ability to drive speakers, as one would expect with twice the power. Remember, 30 = 15Watts per channel.

The amp has its own phono inputs and it can handle MM or MC. These are the Pickup 1 and Pickup 2 inputs. You may get better results using an external phono pre-amp. Connect to the Tuner 1 or Tuner 2 input. These have different gains (and the Tuner 2 input has a switchable gain), so just use the one that works best with your pre-amp. Good luck!

Good morning. I'm after one of these fantastic little amps to drive my two pairs of leak sandwich 600s speakers. Currently I'm driving them with a sansui AU 717 (what a amplifier) but she's trying to blow them up😊 no intergraded amplifier under 100 Watts can take on the sui 717. Anyway know anyone selling the leak stereo 70? Thanks in advance

Hello mate. Just noticed your reply. I went for the nad series 20. 3020A instead
