Some brands are releasing aesthetic cosmetics. We better start collecting so the kids can be like "This eyeshadow palette/perfume bottle is from Anna Sui from the late '10s to early '20s".

The Revlon lipstick you didn’t know the shade of is a lipstick case, the tube inside can be lifted out and the shade name is on the bottom. I have a case and refill from their Futurama collection. I really liked the Coty lipsticks because the tube shines in the camera, where’d you find them? Also if you want some vintage inspired lipsticks with reproduction shades check out Besame Cosmetics, Vulox Vanity, Vintage Doll Cosmetics, and Fatale Cosmetics.

In some ways I think it would be cool to reuse the makeup holders once they have run out of the makeup that was inside of them but also get them cleaned up

If only people still refilled lipsticks. My Nana knows how but it's very messy. It involves scrapping out the old lipstick and melting that and using a waxy base and a few ingredients to make the shade the same. But it's so messy

I love how most of these are orange lipsticks ^o^ I love wearing orange lipstick, and I didn't know that it used to be more popular, because I didn't think they were that bold back then. What years are some of them from?
