I am from the UK, we call clips paper clips and pins, safety pins, it depends on what kind of clips though it is you have in your hat because I couldn't quite see has I have a vision impairment. I clicked on this video hoping these were the big frogs that were popular in the 90s at my elementary school. I keep asking people about them and no one knows what I'm talking about! Am I crazy? They were big frogs filled with sand which is why they were so heavy, and their 'skin' came in all kinds of colors and were metallic I think. Uggg maybe it was only a thing at my school...everyone had one!
