If I gotta vote, I'd say this is well refinished case and probably not 'unworn'. Either way, lovely watch. Can't comment on lume tho, it is likely the hands have been colour matched but I am not that well versed on that. Not sure why they kept the sides of the bezel polished instead of brushed like how it should be btw

Who ever ruined the lume of the hands and dial markers by painting them needs to flogged in public. Straight up ruined a $12k watch. Smh
