Another nice review Peter, though I never heard Seiko pronounced 'Psycho' before, in the U.S. it's pronounced 'say-ko' as it was in Japan when I was there.

I got my 007 many years ago, I think from Sky watches out of Singapore (I think). The Turtle I found on Amazon and paid a bit more for it. I'm sure after the rush they will be more available at a good

I'd be okay with corroded dial if it was mine because that is the story of the watch. If I buy I would not be that interested but patina on the case is fine for me.

I know is 8 years but... corossion is not a telling story factor, I bought watch that was laying down forgotten in basement for 30 years, nobody was wearing it, that watch witness zero things for 30 years and is corroded all the way, and I have other watch from my father, this watch travel around the world, take part many crazy and semi legal situations and was many times fixed to look like new by him. For me watch that was bitten and someone take care of it is worth more than watch that been never trade with love and respect. Dirty and rusted hands can kill your watch only, and giving mithical and romantical vibes to wasted things is naive. All important parts of our life's we should care and mentain, telling stories watches to.

I going same way with my watches, I care about them and try to keep them looking like in day when those things born. And I have bad experiences with watches that been looking patina style, corrosion can eat your watch like cancer human body, just like you want care your self, same do with your things. Leaving rusty hands and dial can bring you one day to final watch destination. And other thing, we all knows that on this planet lives few guys that have fully original and in perfect condition 45 years old seiko watches and those few sour guys are in love with this pieces and in hate with other people watches. Why ? who knows. In my opinion everyone has right to enjoy own toys and do not need aceptation from hate infected watch circus clowns. Every watch is perfect if gives joy for person who wear it.

My pyscho (Seiko) is the real deal refurbished from there. Works fantastically.
