@MrDodgediesel93 try changing your coil, dont use a kimpex coil as even the new ones are junk, i rebuilt an engine because of a new kimpex coil that was junk. a condensor just stores energy and then discharges it when the points tell it to - so no the condensor should not kill a plug. i bet the plugs will be fine in another engine. also check ground wires, and coil wire as well as plug cap.

Where do I get points and condensers from I looked everywhere it's for my. 1971 artic cat panther has the kawasaki 440 motor in it

My 78 Arctic cat lynx 250 single cylinder stops sparking when it gets hot. Think it has anything to do with the points/condenser or believe the coil breaks down when hot? Runs/sparks fine once cooled off again.

Probably the condenser, or check for a chaffed wire

can a bad condenser kill a spark plug my elan will run for 5 to 10 seconds before it dies and i have no more spark i put a new one in and it will fire then die again
