Vintage St. Andrews State Park Surfing, Panama City Florida 1972-1973

Thanks to Randy for sitting on the sand and filming everyone. The sand dune surfing shots were most likely taken in Cape Hatteras, NC. Thanks to 850films for working to digitize these old cutting room floor scraps.

how were those guys "surfing" the dunes? Werent fins glassed into the boards back in those days? anyways, thanks for uploading this gem

Fins were removable , usually held in by an allen screw. Glad u enjoyed it. Got another one in production
