You (and your viewers;)) will appreciate this story... my cousin got married recently, at a place called the Christmas House. Its outdoor but being in SoCal the weather was decent. At night everyone had pretty jackets, coats and shawls. My aunt was wearing my great grandmother's fur stole! She found it in my grandma's garage, it was packed away in there for decades. It is so beautiful with satin lining, my great grandma's embroidered initials and hidden pockets! The details back then are fantastic. Its even more special because it was her only fancy piece 😊❤🎄 Belated Feliz Navidad and happy new year to you!

Shows how important try-ons are! That coat looked pretty "meh" before the try on but when you tried it on it was clear to see the coat in all its glamour and beauty particularly where the sleeves are concerned... I love it! Big fan of the ear muffs too. They are very you!

So my most thoughtful gift was hiking shoes from my parents. Also, my husband bought us an RV to visit all the state and national parks.

Yay, I was hoping you would post a "What I got for Christmas" video! I love the fur muff and the fur coat best, although everything was lovely. My Christmas gifts were mostly vintage & thrifted bc that's what I asked for. My favorites were 2 vintage 1998 & 2003 Holiday Barbies in the box (I collect Barbies) and a huge vintage glass strawberry ornament from my Mom

What is the name of the diner wear you got from your sister? I love that you family found you so many 1940's things for Christmas, and thank you for sharing/showing it all.
