Aesthetics > mass. Classic physiques are the most aesthetic. No comparison with the Open division. They look like Golden Era Old-School bodybuilders. I always tell young guys that one of the best things you can do as a lifter interested in aesthetics / performance / strength is to study Old-School bodybuilding. Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science, and muscle adaptability. If you combine Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science, it's the best, safest, most effective way in achieving a strong, sexy, healthy, and aesthetic physique. "Vintage Physique" by George Kelly is a nice read on the topic.

At this point, Wesley beats Ramon pretty decisively….and truth be told, he’d be a better ambassador for the sport than Ramon. Sure, Ramon’s got a loyal Brazilian following, but the truth is that his inability to speak English certainly doesn’t help. Wesley’s posing is also evidently more polished and he’s got more of a classic v taper imo

People say that Wesley doesn't have a narrow waist... personally i like Ripped u shape waist than ripped V shaped waist....only parts where wesley should add more mass is his glutes hamstring middle to lower back and slightly fuller chest...then he will be unstoppable.
