I mean a lot of us can’t make this a full time job like Wesley can. We work 8-10 hours a day sometimes 12. If I could cook only 1-2 meals a day and have a pre made meal sponsor my other meals then that would help me hit my goals. But I’m going part time at my job so I can have time to make bodybuilding/fitness a 100% thing. Food is the most Important thing when it comes to bodybuilding

I remember when I worked at a gym and had all the time to cook. I would be cooking Al day until it was time to go to work. It was worth it but I know from experience why guys use pre made meal companies sometimes even though homemade meals are better

How exactly is eating a prep company meal a more "proper" Olympia prep? They all qualified to go to the O, all their preps are proper. Are the macros different? Do you have nutritional facts that prove one is better? Brandon Curry and CBum are literally Olympia winners that relied on premade meals. And the vast majority of pros don't cook their own meals, their wives do. Is that less dedication? I want to know exactly how this is any more dedication than anyone else...? Or are you just ass kissing because Wesley is doing something?

I always wondered why I didn’t see fish/seafood in bodybuilders “meal plans”. Glad to see that you add some in your diet. I’m watching from Chile, were we have 4.500Kms of coast 🌊 and obviously a lot of quality seafood/fish! (And we never considered it when picking good quality protein sources😅) Always nice to see your videos

Extra magnesium is a very good idea, but remember to avoid the bad form aka magnesium oxide. Magnesium citrate and other forms are good.

In the offseason, you sometimes ate rice pudding before training. up to 130g did you use 700ml of water? I remember well? Rice flour digests faster for me, especially if I use water at least x8

@@RDS_Armwrestling I think it is an issue logically. What are the doses hormones come in. A dbol pill is like 20 mg give or take. That's a tiny amount of hormone. If BPA mimic estrogen then even a tiny amount could be catastrophic for a bodybuilder in prep.

Nice to see Wesley! Good to see your focus on healthy foods. I do have a question on the total macros though. Generally you hear protein about 1.6-2.0 gram per kg and 0.5-1.0 gram of fat per kg, rest carbs but your protein are significantly higher and your fat somewhat lower, what are the reasons to do so?
