Went to see VT here in St Louis a few years back. None of my stupid friends wanted to go so I went alone. I was kinda depressed. About 500 people showed up in this small venue and VT just rocked us back up against the wall!! It was awesome!! What depression? Who's got time for that?? I'm dancing my ass off!! Thank you, Vintage Trouble!! Take your time, we will DEFINITELY be here when you come back!

Just saw them at a blues festival, and he was absolutely amazing, in fact the whole band was! He had the crowd in the palm of his hand-and this was a kind of blasé, subdued Orange County, California crowd-not rude, just quiet and not used to interacting with an entertainer. He actually crowd surfed, trusting people to send him back up to the stage on their upraised hands (he had run to the back of the crowd) and had us singing along with many of the songs, having an absolutely wonderful time! I have never been to a more joyous and wonderful performance. He worked the crowd like nobody I’ve seen, and the band exuded such great passion, even in their quiet numbers. This was literally one of the best musical performances I’ve ever seen, and I have seen many top level bands over the last 45 years.
