7:48 that right there is a "Močerad" or fire salamander in English. No touchies, very toxic. Oh yeah, sidenote, we've been getting absurd amounts of rain this year, had some nasty floodings especially since the soil can absorb only so much and we just keep getting more.

Ah wow! It was crazy rain this day but I loved it so much! Such an amazing country! Can’t wait to come back! I fell in love with Ljubljana for sure

@@DanUnplanned Glad you enjoyed your time despite the weather being a bit iffy! On second thought though, the bad weather might have been the reason why the gorge was closed off, you don't wanna be there, if the water starts to rush too much ^^"

@@DanUnplanned I just ment that they are not in the same direction. A lot of driving. ;) Usually tourists combine Predjama with Škocjan or Postojna cave (nice also when it's raining) or Lipica stud farm or any of coast towns. Vintgar gorge is usually combined with Bohinj or Bled lake, also with Vršič pass and Soča river valley. But if you wanted to see only Predjama and Vintgar, then I agree. Anyway, hope you had better luck with weather and had nicer views for the rest of your trip. :)
