Hello and welcome to this 30 minute FULL BODY vinyasa flow yoga class!
I’m back after a short break with an all levels friendly yoga routine to help you feel your very best (with a brief appearance from my good pal Teddy 🐶)
We cover a little bit of everything in this flow, so by the end you’ll feel like you’ve worked every muscle in your body and feel stronger and more flexible than ever!
I will be offering modifications for the more challenging poses and transitions, so that everyone can enjoy this class. I recommend you have yoga blocks, a bolster or something similar like a large cushion or rolled up blanket close by in case additional support is needed.
